I Made It Myself Terms and Conditions

Please read these carefully before booking one of our workshops.
Please note that by reading these terms and conditions and interacting with I Made it Myself, you agree to accept our T's and C's and are entering into a legal agreement with us.

2. Intellectual Property Rights 
All copyright, trademarks, material and content within this website is the property of and licensed to I Made It Myself Limited and it cannot be reproduced, copied, transmitted, published or displayed for commercial purposes without our written consent.

3. Age Limit
All those booking and attending courses must be over 18 for insurance, health and safety reasons.

4. Payment
Payment will be accepted through our website via Paypal and debit card only.

5. Pricing
All pricing of all courses includes VAT. However course prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect bookings that have already been made. All fees include light refreshments and all materials unless otherwise stated.

6. Course Description
We will do our utmost to provide all materials as stated in our course description. However this may be subject to change according to availability. All information on the website is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However should there be an error, we will correct this as soon as reasonably practical.

7. Food Allergies
Some of our courses involve food preparation. We cannot be held responsible for any customer who books onto a course with food allergies or intolerances. Please make sure that you check before booking.

8. Workshop Bookings and Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, unfortunately we cannot refund your money and we do not offer reschedules or transfers. However your place will not be filled and you can nominate someone to take your place as long as you provide us their name 24 hours ahead of the class. If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value, as long as we have space. Unfortunately we will not be able to pay for travel or any other costs.

9. Links to External Websites
From time to time our website will link to third party websites. However we cannot be held responsible for any agreement you enter into with them, any personal information you may offer them or any loss you may incur by visiting their website via our link through.

10. Privacy Policy
We may ask customers to register with us or provide us with their personal details. We will not disclose this information to any third parties. Customers may be emailed occasionally with a newsletter or special offers.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to occasionally revise and change these terms and conditions as we see fit but within reason. This will be in accordance with changes in the market and to accommodate more courses and services as our company expands.

12. Liability
Our aim is to carry out the classes with due care and to put your safety first. If we are liable to you for negligence relating to our classes, our liability is limited to a maximum of £5,000,000. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. In the unlikely event of a claim or dispute, we will try all methods of negotiation to settle it between both parties. However should this fail, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
